The teams behind the loop

Six agent teams. One product loop.

Each team is real, named, and inspectable — research agents that mine the live internet, builders that write and verify whole products, shippers, promoters, and optimizers that read your real search, traffic and store data. Use any team once, drive it by hand — or put it on a schedule and let the loop run.

Run once — one click, one result Manual — you steer every step Scheduled — the loop runs on its own

Before you build

Opportunity Research team

Finds what is worth building — from evidence, not vibes. Four researchers sweep the live internet in parallel; a synthesizer distills their cited findings into Opportunity Briefs, each with the problem, the demand signals, the competitor gaps, a buildable MVP scope and a confidence rating. Validate demand before writing a line of code: one click publishes a waitlist landing page, and the ads team stages a traffic campaign for it.

TrendScoutRising search topics, category growth, seasonal and regional demand
SocialMinerRecurring complaints on Reddit, YouTube comments and forums — pains, verbatim
PainPointMinerQ&A sites, Stack Exchange and one-star app reviews — where existing tools fail
WebScoutCompetitors, Product Hunt and market reports — what incumbents ignore
SynthesizerMerges the evidence into ranked Opportunity Briefs with MVP scope and confidence

How it runs

  • Run once: give it a direction ("problems freelancers pay to solve") and a region — briefs arrive in 10–25 minutes, every claim cited to a URL the agent actually opened
  • Each brief carries Build this (straight into the builder), Validate demand (waitlist page + staged campaign), and Social posts (the marketing team drafts the announcement)

Idea to product

Builder team

Turns a sentence — or a research brief — into a complete, working product: websites, web apps, 2D and true-3D games, Android and iOS apps, desktop apps for every OS, browser extensions. A design director commits each build to its own art direction so no two builds share a template face. Then fifteen verification layers attack the result — functional flows, code review, security, links, SEO, accessibility, visual quality, playability, the build's own self-test — and an auto-fix loop repairs what they find before you ever see it.

PlannerChats through the idea, asks the right questions, proposes a concrete plan you approve
Design directorCommits palette, type and mood per build — the same prompt never looks the same twice
BuilderWrites the whole product with a live progress feed — code, art pipeline, sampled audio
15 verifiers + auto-fixEach layer files findings; the fix loop repairs and re-verifies, up to three rounds

How it runs

  • Run once: describe, approve the plan, watch it build — the verify → fix → re-verify loop inside each build is fully autonomous
  • Manual: keep iterating in chat — every change builds a new version you can roll back

Go live

Ship team

Puts the product in front of the world, wherever it belongs. Publish free on a buildmidas.com subdomain in one click; deploy to your own server over SFTP — where a deploy agent probes the box, decides the strategy, and configures nginx and systemd itself; or ship native builds to the app stores with your own developer accounts, with the store listing generated for you: screenshots, icons, feature graphic, description, privacy policy.

PublisherFree hosting on your subdomain, with versions and one-click rollback
Deploy agentSSH-probes your server, configures nginx/systemd, uploads, verifies the live URL — with rollback
Store shipperGoogle Play, Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons — upload, listing kit, privacy policy, submission

How it runs

  • Run once per release: Publish, Deploy or Ship to store from the build card — each keeps version history
  • The deploy agent works autonomously within a deploy: probe → strategy → configure → upload → verify, asking you only when a decision is genuinely yours

Get it seen

Social Marketing team

Promotes the product where its users actually are, in the voice each community accepts. A channel strategist picks the platforms worth your time for this product; per-platform writers then draft genuinely native content — a Reddit post with subreddit choice and a first-comment strategy, an X thread, a Quora answer that teaches before it mentions the product, a Medium article, LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram posts. Connect your own Reddit, X or LinkedIn account and post a draft with one click; everywhere else, copy and post in seconds. Every post's URL is recorded so the optimization team can attribute the traffic it brings.

ChannelStrategistPicks the 2–4 platforms worth the effort for this product, with the angle for each
Platform writersReddit, X, Quora, Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram — community-native, disclosure built in
Posting connectorsYour own Reddit, X and LinkedIn accounts via OAuth — every post is an explicit click, as you

How it runs

  • Run once: Promote on any build or brief — the team drafts in 2–4 minutes
  • Posting stays yours by design: your accounts, your click, your voice — the platform never posts on its own or holds shared accounts

Paid reach

Advertising team

Builds the paid side without ever touching your money on its own. An ad analyst reads the product and the goal; an audience profiler defines who to reach; a creative brief becomes finished ad creative, generated with your own AI keys. For validation campaigns the team drafts a complete Meta campaign — headlines, primary texts, audience, budget — and pushes it to Ads Manager in paused state. You review and un-pause; the platform never activates spend.

Ad analystReads the product, the market and the goal; frames the campaign
Audience profilerCountries, ages, interests — with the rationale written down
Creative brief + producerFrom brief to finished ad images, generated with your own AI provider keys
Campaign drafterFull Meta campaigns staged PAUSED — you control every dollar of spend

How it runs

  • Run once: Promote on a validated brief — the campaign lands in your Ads Manager, paused
  • The money-safety rule is absolute: staging and creative are autonomous, activating spend never is

After you ship

Trace & Optimization team

The loop's closing act — and the part most builders don't have at all. Connect a domain once and the platform ingests its Google Search Console and GA4 data continuously; shipped apps and extensions report installs and ratings from the stores daily. On that live data, an SEO agent team — Analyst, Research, Strategy, Content — studies what is actually happening and proposes concrete actions; an optimizer agent applies the approved ones directly to the live site, verifies, and can roll back. Put it on a schedule and the study → propose → apply → verify cycle runs without you.

Data syncGSC queries and rankings, GA4 traffic and engagement, store installs and ratings — on schedule
SEO agent teamAnalyst → Research → Strategy → Content, working from your real numbers
Optimizer agentApplies approved actions to the live site over SSH — edit, verify, roll back if worse

How it runs

  • Run once: trigger any agent from the dashboard and read its report
  • Autonomous: schedules run the sync and the agent pipeline on their own — data in, analysis, proposals, applied fixes — for as long as you leave them on

One loop, running on your ideas

Every team works alone. Together they are the loop: find the opportunity, build it, ship it, promote it, watch the real numbers, improve — again.
