Refund Policy

Simple and fair: unused money comes back, consumed work does not, platform faults are on us.

1. Monthly plans

  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Plans & Credits. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep the plan's features and remaining monthly allowance until then.
  • We don't prorate partial months after work has been consumed, but if you were charged and used nothing in the new cycle, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately (we credit the unused portion of the old plan against the new one). Downgrades take effect next cycle.

2. Credit packs

  • Credit packs never expire.
  • A pack that is entirely unused is refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once any credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable — but it keeps its remaining value indefinitely.

3. Failed runs

If an agent run or build fails because of a platform fault (not because of the instructions, credentials, or third-party service you provided), contact us with the run in question and we'll re-credit it. Store rejections, DNS misconfiguration on your side, or revoked third-party credentials are not platform faults — though we'll help you fix them.

4. How to request a refund

  • Write to [email protected] from your account email, with the receipt or charge date.
  • We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — nearly every billing issue is faster to fix directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
