Most tools consider the job done when the site is live. That's the midpoint. What you actually want to know is: is anyone finding it, what are they doing there, and what should change next — answered from real data, not vibes.
What flows in
| Source | What arrives daily | What the agents do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Queries, impressions, clicks, positions per page | Find pages with impressions but poor click-through; propose title/meta fixes |
| Google Analytics | Sessions, sources, behavior per hostname | Spot landing pages that attract but don't hold; content opportunities |
| App stores | Install and listing-performance snapshots | Join store performance with web data in one place |
| Your posts | Recorded URLs of published marketing drafts | Attribute referral traffic back to the channel that earned it |
One detail we're pedantic about: shared Analytics properties are always filtered by hostname, so a property collecting for several sites still reports only the connected domain — your numbers are your site's numbers.
From data to fixes
The Optimize team reads the ingested data and produces concrete actions — rewrite this meta description, add content for this query cluster, fix this page's structure. How much it does on its own is your call:
- Report-only — findings land as reports; you act on them.
- Propose — the agent drafts specific changes and waits for your approval.
- Autonomous — approved change types are applied and verified, with rollback if a change makes things worse.
Setup is two connections: link Google Search Console and Analytics once in My Domains (one service account can cover both), and the daily sync starts filling the dashboards the agents read.
