Foundations: your account, plans and settings

Nobody reads the settings chapter for fun. Read it once anyway — it's short, and it's the difference between knowing where things are and emailing support about them.

Profile

Name, password, and your interface language (which also becomes the default language agents use with you — the full language story is in One platform, twenty languages). Sign-in works with email/password or Google.

The credential stores

Three settings surfaces hold credentials, each scoped to what it powers: Google Accounts (service accounts for the analytics connections), Deploy (SFTP targets for your servers), and store/social connections which attach where you use them — store credentials in the ship flow, social accounts in the marketing surface. Everything is scoped to your tenant, used only for its purpose, and deletable in place; the guarantees are in tenant isolation.

Plans & Credits

Your plan, the monthly allowance meter, credit packs, and receipts. The behavioral rules — allowance resets, packs never expire, spend order, what happens mid-build at zero — are all in Credits, explained plainly. The mid-cycle mechanics: upgrades apply immediately (unused value from the old plan credits against the new one), downgrades apply next cycle, and cancellation keeps the plan through the period you paid for.

AI media

Account-wide defaults for generated imagery in builds — provider, quality, style preferences — with per-chat overrides where a project needs its own look. Details in the image chapter.

Deletion, since you'll ask eventually: individual builds, domains and credentials delete in place. Full account deletion is a request from your account email (see the Privacy Policy) and completes within 30 days.
