3D games that run
anywhere the web runs

Every piece here is a true-3D game built end-to-end by AI agents: a studio-style concept pack sets the art direction, Blender sculpts every asset in it, and three.js renders the world in the browser with real rigid-body physics. The result ships as plain static files — the same build plays on the web, inside mobile apps and in desktop shells.

How a piece gets made

This lab exercises the exact pipeline behind every 3D game the AI Game Builder produces.

Concept pack

Seven sheets, studio-style: key art, an orthographic turnaround of the hero, three environment zones, a prop sheet and a material callout board.

Element inventory

Every named thing in the concepts is listed in a written inventory — and every row must become a modelled asset. The verifier blocks the build until the inventory is honest and complete.

Blockout first

The whole playfield is built from gray placeholder blocks and played — scale, camera and difficulty are fixed while a layout change costs minutes, before any art exists.

Blender-authored world

Agents write Blender scripts that sculpt, texture and rig each asset — high-poly detail baked onto lean game meshes — export glTF, and verify every export numerically.

three.js + physics

The world loads through three.js with cannon-es rigid-body physics — engine files bundled with the build, every model compressed to a strict payload budget, nothing fetched from a CDN.

Verified until it matches

The finished game is played, screenshotted and judged against its own concept pack — shape, palette, materials, motion, audio — and iterated until an honest side-by-side reads as the same art direction.
