An AI team for your next career move.
Your profile is the single source of truth: every employer, title, date, degree and number in a CV variant or cover letter must trace back to a field you entered — a truth gate rejects anything else. Scouts match you against 222 verified platforms; 29 accept applications through official APIs, 179 are pre-filled for you to submit, 14 are documents-only.

AI-written applications, grounded in your profile
The AI CV architect and application writer tailor the material to a role using the experience you supplied. Before anything is sent, every claim in a pack is checked against your profile — employers, titles, dates, degrees, certifications, numbers, links. A pack that hides a gap does not get a second chance the same day; a pack that states the gap passes. The same rule is written into the CV architect, the application writer, the hirer liaison and the interview coordinator.
AI scouts find roles. You set the application controls.
AI scouts read the postings the Market Data team collects and the platforms' own APIs; a pure scoring function ranks them. Applying is proposal by default; you can set autopilot on API lanes you enable. On assisted platforms the form is pre-filled and you click submit; verification codes, 2FA and CAPTCHAs are always yours to do — never solved, never stored.
Interviews and offers stay yours
Replies to hirers go through the Messaging team with consent and quiet hours in the counterpart's timezone; the interview coordinator proposes slots and writes the calendar file; the offer advisor lays out the numbers. Anything that mentions salary, and every offer or withdrawal, is a proposal — never automatic.

Questions, answered
Will it invent experience to match a posting?
No. The truth gate rejects any claim that does not trace to your profile, on every lane, autopilot or not.
Which platforms can it apply to directly?
29 through official APIs — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Adzuna, Reed, USAJOBS, Bundesagentur für Arbeit and more. 179 platforms are pre-filled for you to submit; 14 are documents-only.
Does it store my passwords?
Never — no passwords, no one-time codes. Logins a platform forbids are never automated; verification and CAPTCHA steps are always hand-off cards.
What should I complete in my profile first?
Enter accurate roles, dates, skills, qualifications and preferences. The profile is the source for application claims, so missing or vague information limits how specifically a CV or letter can be tailored.
Will the team accept an offer or negotiate salary for me?
Salary, offer and withdrawal decisions remain under human control. The team can organize the information and prepare advice or drafts, but those decisions do not run on autopilot.
Why might a matched job not receive an application?
Matching and applying are separate steps. The application workflow checks the platform lane, whether the posting is still open, cooldowns, limits and your enabled settings before an application can proceed.
Apply widely. Claim only what is true.
Two hundred and twenty-two platforms, one profile, a truth gate on every word.
