An AI team for your search performance.

A six-role team for your connected domains: AI analysis, research, strategy and content, followed by optimization and monitoring. Work from real search and analytics data, review proposed changes and measure the next cycle.

The AI workflow

From your goal to work you can review.

Explore how it works ↗
  1. You direct

    Your site and search data

Connect relevant Search Console and analytics properties and set the site’s priorities.

  2. AI works

    Analysis → content → optimization

AI agents investigate opportunities, prepare a strategy and draft supported page improvements.

  3. You inspect

    Changes and their impact

Review proposals, deployment controls and the measurements used to assess the result.

AI analysts start with your actual search data

Connect your domain’s Search Console and Google Analytics data. The Analyst studies queries, pages, impressions, clicks and engagement to identify where performance needs attention. Research investigates relevant opportunities; the reports carry the evidence into the next stage. A page that gets seen but rarely clicked needs a different response from a page that attracts visitors who immediately leave.

Your connected properties provide the measurements. This diagram illustrates the process.

Strategy and Content turn findings into a proposal

The Strategy agent prioritizes work from the research and past results. The Content agent prepares copy and metadata around those priorities. Reports explain which page to change, what to change and why, so you can review a concrete proposal alongside the evidence. Prior-cycle notes help the team account for work that has already been tried.

StrategyPrioritize the page and define the intended improvement.
ContentDraft a clearer title, description or on-page copy for review.

Six roles, with a defined handoff

Analyst, Research, Strategy and Content carry out the AI research and writing. Optimizer and Monitor add automated analysis: identifying click-through-rate gaps, preparing supported metadata actions and checking the site after changes. These roles appear in the SEO pipeline, with run details and reports you can inspect. Applying an action follows the separate executor and your configured controls.

Strategy → ContentPrioritize the work and prepare the proposed changes.
Optimizer → MonitorSurface supported actions, then check availability and performance.

The six roles combine AI analysis and writing with automated optimization and monitoring.

Measure the next cycle against what changed

Run a task once or configure a schedule for the selected domain and agents. Review proposed actions and use the supported application controls; the executor verifies applied changes and can roll them back when verification fails. Monitoring and impact reports compare subsequent data with the baseline. The next cycle can use those findings when choosing what to try next.

Measurement windows need time and sufficient data. Changes do not guarantee higher rankings.

Questions & answers

A little clarity before you start.

Which roles are in the SEO team?

Analyst, Research, Strategy, Content, Optimizer and Monitor. AI agents handle the research and writing; automated optimizer and monitor roles add action proposals and checks.

What should I connect first?

Select the domain and connect the relevant Search Console and Google Analytics properties. The reports depend on the data available for that domain.

Can I review changes before they reach the site?

Review the reports and proposed actions, and configure the application controls for the workflow. Applying a change also requires the relevant site access and supported action.

Can the team work on a schedule?

The SEO task controls support scheduled runs with selected domains and agents. Inspect run history and adjust or stop the schedule when needed.

How do I know whether a change helped?

Compare monitoring and impact reports with the baseline, allowing enough time and traffic for the measurement window. Improved rankings, clicks or conversions are not guaranteed.

Can I use the team with an existing website?

Start by connecting the domain and its relevant analytics properties. Analysis uses the available data; applying changes also requires supported site access and an applicable action.

What if my site has little search or traffic data?

The agents have less evidence to work with. Check that the correct properties are connected and collecting data, and treat recommendations based on a small sample accordingly.

Do I need to run every SEO agent each time?

The task controls let you select domains and agents for a run. Use a focused role for a specific question, or the broader pipeline when you need analysis, research and content recommendations together.
