Market Data
Use public-source evidence to inform a team’s next task.
Open the relevant Market view
Market views are available in supported suites, including Social, Deals, Jobs and Ecommerce. Each view reads the shared public-data store through the lens of that task. It is a shared capability rather than another independently configured Workload team.
Inspect the raw rows
Start with the title, source, timestamp and original link. Check the source and reporting period before treating an item as evidence. Available rows depend on the family, fetch cadence and source health.
Read charts alongside the rows
Use the available activity, topic, region and family-specific summaries to understand what is changing. Compare the chart with its underlying rows; collection volume and the source mix can affect apparent trends.
Add watch terms
Add the product, problem or market terms you want to follow. The platform can keep a daily series of matches for those terms. A new watch term needs observations over time before its history becomes useful.
Ask for a grounded brief
Use the Market Analyst to turn the available evidence into a written brief. Open the cited sources and inspect the connection between the evidence and its conclusions. The brief helps prioritise research; it is not a guarantee of customer demand.
Turn evidence into a task
Use a relevant finding to frame an opportunity brief, a prospecting task, a product niche or a content idea. Give the receiving team the goal and the evidence it needs. Different teams have their own connections, run controls and review steps.
Understand collection boundaries
The shared store collects public content using the platform’s source policies and fetch controls. It does not use your logged-in browsing session to collect private pages. Sources can become unavailable or be excluded by policy, so inspect freshness and coverage in the result.
