A chunky beekeeper built from spheres seated exactly on their rotation pivots — the assembled-character pattern that keeps shoulders, elbows, hips and knees gap-free through every pose. The walk is not a canned clip: stride phase advances with the character's real ground speed, so steps never slide, arms counter-swing the legs, shins recover heel-back, and the whole pose settles into a breathing idle the moment you stop. Shift breaks into a run with a true flight phase. The head looks where you walk and turns to the nearest hive when you rest, bees orbit the hive entrances on offset phases, and the veil is re-materialled translucent in-engine. V and F snap side and front cameras — the honest angles for judging a gait.

The keeper and hive are code-modeled Blender exports streamed in through glTFast; pivot locator nodes modeled into the character are regrouped at load into a nested joint hierarchy, and each joint's swing hinge is auto-calibrated by probing how a real child (the boot, the mitt) moves in world space — glTF joints carry Blender orientations, so no axis is assumed. One exported hive feeds three engine instances. The exported veil's glTF alpha did not survive the import path, so the mesh is re-materialled in-engine from a build-seeded transparent variant.
