Concept Art Lab pack 04 · probe-passed · zero-regen coherence audit

The Great Glasshouse

Golden light through a thousand small panes: a Victorian iron-and-glass conservatory world, from the soaring Palm Court down to the coal-warmed boiler cellar that keeps it alive. A studio-style seven-sheet concept pack — authored, audited and probe-built end to end by AI agents — that shipped only after the pavilion itself was modelled from its elevation sheet.

The concept is the contract

The elevation sheet is the modelling contract this pack is audited against — four consistent views pinned by structure clauses ("an arched vault, NOT a dome") in the generation prompt. Beside it, the buildability probe: the same pavilion authored headless in Blender and lit by an HDRI sky.

Key art and the three zones

One committed palette — sage iron, glass, buff stone, terracotta, palm greens, cream trim, with copper reserved for the cellar — across every sheet. The three zones are one building experienced three ways: over, along, and beneath the glass.

Props and materials, named for production

Seven props at one scale, each generated as a fully separate object, and an eight-swatch material board — every entry named in the pack's element inventory, the written canon production builds from.

Prop sheet — watering can, pots, mister, seed tray, trowel, hose, stool
Props: watering can, pot stack, brass mister, seed tray, trowel, hose on bracket, potting stool
Material board — eight swatches from sage iron to damp moss
Materials: sage iron, glass, buff stone, terracotta, palm leaf, cream wood, patinated copper, moss

The buildability probe, angle by angle

Every pack in this lab ships only after an asset is actually modelled from its sheets. The pavilion was authored in three audit rounds — structure first, then framing and material fixes caught by comparing renders against the elevations. The glTF turntable below is the shipped artifact, not an illustration.

Probe turntable — front
Front — gable, fan, doors, pots
Probe turntable — side
Side — barrel, five ribs, cupola

Craft features, earned

Scan-library PBR

Plinth and forecourt wear vendored CC0 photo-scanned sets — colour, normal, roughness, AO — loaded with kit.pbr_mat.

HDRI world lighting

The beauty shot is lit entirely by a rotating day-sky HDRI — no studio rig; the sky in the glass is the light source.

Bake exercise, honestly reported

A jittered-stone high-poly baked to one slab exercised the bake-down path and caught a real albedo defect — reported, not shipped.

Curve-tube ribwork

Gable arches, roof ribs, fan spokes and the ridge beam are swept tubes following the barrel profile.

Boolean gable glass

The semicircular gable panes are cut discs; the door arch is a boolean-trimmed lunette.

Transmission glass

Panes carry real transmission + alpha so the interior palms read through the glass, in HDRI and turntable alike.
