An alpine hot-spring world: fluffy snow monkeys soak in steaming turquoise terrace pools between a snowbound cedar forest and a warm-windowed mountain bathhouse. One committed palette — slate-blue rock, mineral turquoise, snow white, grey-fawn fur, warm-red faces, cedar and straw — across every sheet. A studio-style seven-sheet concept pack, authored, audited and probe-built end to end by AI agents, that shipped only after its hero was actually modelled from the turnaround, strand-fur coat included.
7 sheets · probe-built in 5 audit-driven rounds · strand-fur coat included
The turnaround is the modelling contract this pack is audited against: four views in a two-by-two grid — front, side, back with the fur ruff and stub tail, and three-quarter. Plump ball-of-fur silhouette, big face ruff, bare warm-red face, ears, hands and feet, amber eyes. Beside it, the buildability probe: the same macaque authored headless in Blender from this sheet alone.

A pack only ships after an asset has actually been modelled from it. The Steamfell Macaque below was authored headless in Blender from the turnaround alone — fused ball-of-fur body, a fourteen-lobe face ruff, bare red face with computed-on-surface features, and a strand-fur coat concentrated where it shapes the silhouette — across five audit-driven rounds. Verdict: the turnaround under-specified nothing.

| Measurement | Value | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Sheet generations | 8 total (7 base + 1 regeneration) | best pack to date at close — regen trend across packs 5 → 5 → 1 |
| The one regen | props sheet, 2 attempts | bamboo flume and straw rope fused into one composite object in v1 — fixed by a full-isolation clause + non-adjacent ordering |
| Coherence audit | 1 full round + confirming pass, clean | subject identity, proportions ≤10%, one palette, all elements nameable |
| Probe authoring rounds | 5 | round-1 full-coat fur read as quills and was discarded — strategy changed to silhouette fringe over a fuzzy base |
| Fur strands | body 300 × 45 mm · ruff fringe 180 × 50 mm | kit.fur strand tubes, jitter 0.3, up-bias 0.12 |
| Shipped macaque glb | 13.9 MB | un-optimised probe artifact — every fur strand ships as real tube geometry |
What the pack proved: the two-by-two enumerated turnaround is now the reliable default for characters (first try clean here); adjacent related props fuse unless the prompt demands fully separate objects with empty gaps; and strand fur is a silhouette tool, not a coat — concentrate strands on the outline over a fuzzy base material. Full findings feed the platform's concept generation pipeline.
Real tube strands concentrated where they shape the outline — a fringe over a fuzzy base material, after the full coat failed as quills.
The face-framing ruff is a fused ring of fourteen flattened lobes — the silhouette signature straight from the turnaround.
Eyes, nostrils and mouth are decals solved onto the face surface by normal projection — and re-solved whenever the parent moves.
Body, haunches and limbs are one voxel-remeshed fusion — the plump single-mass silhouette the sheet demands.
Under the fringe, a noise-detailed fur material carries the coat so the strand budget stays on the outline.
Every authoring round rendered front, side, back and quarter and compared to the turnaround grid, view for view.
