The Bakehouse

Concept, Blender recreate and the live engine frame from one cycle. A village bakehouse: the AI concept (left), the code-modelled kit — a brick dome lofted from a profile with its arched mouth cut clean THROUGH the front and a voussoir ring set around it, an iron door on its hinge, a floured trough with the peel, and ONE scored loaf (centre), and the piece running in Unity where six copies of that single loaf brown independently off one shared material (right). Modelling one loaf instead of six is a decision the engine probe made: property blocks were measured working before anything was authored.

Provenance

Contributed by the Unity Lab

This asset was built for Bakehouse, a Unity Lab piece. It was modeled entirely in code (Blender’s Python API) by an AI agent, rendered by headless Blender, and audited against its concept before export — the pipeline every Blender Studio asset goes through.
